When a guest/customer books a table, obtains a quote or otherwise shares personal data, he/she also gives his/her consent for the guest’s/customer’s data to be processed by Rosé Rosé.
Collection of personal data
Personal data is collected in the following ways:
*For table reservations.
*By subscribing to our newsletter.
*When a guest/customer chooses to request a quote and/or purchase services/products.
*Via video surveillance.
*When suppliers make offers, enter into agreements, sell a product or service.
*Through browser cookies.
Video surveillance is installed in both the serving and back rooms at Rosé Rosé. This is done as part of crime prevention and as a safety measure for employees and guests.
The collection and processing of personal data will always be in accordance with applicable personal data legislation.
Information that can be collected
*Email address, first and last name, address, telephone number, technical details (including IP addresses) and any other non-personal data that may be necessary to complete a delivery.
*Information about any disabilities, special food preferences or allergies provided in connection with the booking or delivery of catering.
*Demographic information collected through visits to our websites.
*Purchase history.
*Information from customer surveys and feedback.
As a general rule, we will only collect the data that you provide. Some information we receive via 3rd parties. This applies, for example, to information provided in connection with digital table booking, where we use a subcontractor. In these cases, the third party guarantees that the data in question has been collected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
Purpose
The purpose of collecting and processing personal data will primarily be:
*Processing guest/customer bookings and purchases.
*Dealing with supplier offers and sales of products and services.
*Contacting the guest/customer before, during or after a visit/purchase.
*Fulfilling the guest’s/customer’s request for a quote or purchase of services/products.
*Analysis of guest/customer or supplier user behavior and marketing to them
*Compliance with legal requirements.
Storage period
The information is stored for the time allowed by law and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage. It is therefore not possible to give a general timeframe for when information is deleted.
Disclosure of information
Data about your use of the website, geographical location, gender and age segment, etc. is disclosed to third parties to the extent that this information is known. You can see which third parties these are in the section on “Cookies”.
We also use third parties for data storage and processing. They only process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
Bookings are recorded in our booking system, which is handled by an external supplier with whom we have a data processing agreement.
Safety and security
Your personal information is stored on secure networks and can only be accessed by a limited number of employees who need the information for their daily work.
In the event of a suspected data breach at Rosé Rosé or at external data processors, actions are taken to safeguard our customers and users in the best possible way. This involves, among other things, identifying the extent of the potential damage, notifying potentially affected customers and users, notifying the Data Protection Authority, and taking actions to try to contain the extent of the damage.
Insights and complaints
You have the right to know what personal data we process about you. You can also object to the use of information at any time. You can also withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.
