Christmas at Rosé Rosé 2023
Our Christmas menus are served from Tuesday, November 14, 2023 through Saturday, December 30, 2023.
Parties of 9 people or more must pre-order a menu. The entire party must choose the same menu.
We also have menus with less Christmas flair.
Christmas menu 1:
Lunch table (also served in the evening if booked in advance)
Served on the table in bowls
Curry herring on old-fashioned matured herring with apples, capers and smiling eggs.
Christmas herring on old-fashioned matured herring with orange, cinnamon and star anise.
Hand-peeled prawns with smiling eggs, mayonnaise, lemon and herbs.
Butter-fried plaice fillet wrapped in breadcrumbs, served with remoulade, cucumber salad and raw pickled cranberries.
Warm liver pate served with French pepper bacon, mushrooms and beets.
French duck leg confit served with classic red cabbage, prunes and apples.
Blue Cornflower and Brie Brillat Savarin with rosehip-sea buckthorn compote and nuts in honey.
Risalamande with cherry sauce.
Price for all of the above 599 kr.

Smoked eel : Smoked eel served with scrambled eggs and chives. 99.
Crayfish tail salad : Crayfish tails tossed in a creamy dressing with piment d’espelette, cognac and herbs. Served with toasted toast. DKK 129.
Chicken salad : Chicken confit tossed in a creamy dressing served with pickled beech hats, cornichons, roasted pepper bacon and cress. 89.

Evening menu with 3 Christmas dishes (also served for lunch if ordered in advance)

Appetizer
Lobster bisque with langoustine, brunoise of root vegetables, dill oil and salted almonds.
Main course
each participant can choose from:
Duck a la orange: Roasted duck breast served with celery puree, fried kale, pommes anna and duck gravy
with orange.
Or
Butter-fried cod served with sautéed pointed cabbage, pickled mustard seeds, beetroot puree and mustard blanquette. Serve with small potatoes tossed in parsley and butter.
Dessert
each participant can choose from:
Classic risalamande with warm cherry sauce a part.
Or
Tarte tatin – warm French apple tart served with vanilla ice cream.
