Thanksgiving Eve, November 10, 2023
From 17:00 we serve the following menu on Boxing Day. The normal menu is not used on this night. We offer a vegetarian alternative to the main course if this is noted in the table reservation.
Appetizer
Smoked Icelandic salmon served with a sour cream sauce with salted cucumber, trout roe and dill oil. Served with sourdough baguette and French butter.
Main course
Whole roasted French free-range duck served with old-fashioned red cabbage, cranberries, apples and prunes in duck fat, Waldorf salad, duck gravy and sugar-browned potatoes.
Dessert
Apple trifle made from caramelized apple compote, almond macaroons and whipped cream.
